Tim J Lim

Tim is a genderqueer Korean-American filmmaker and performer based out of Los Angeles. He received his MFA in directing at UCLA and is an award winning filmmaker who screened at festivals globally including OutFest Fusion, Out on Film Atlanta, Seoul Pride International Film Festival, Cannes Short Film Corner, LA Film Festival IFS (where he won the best short film director award), Oxford International, and has directed a commercial for YELP.

Tim is a filmmaker passionate about horror, LGBTQIA+ and AANHPI stories, espeically Korean-American experiences. They are also an actor, singer, dancer, and drag queen, firmly believing that though a jack of all trades is a master of none, but often times better than a master of one.

They are currently developing a drag slasher feature in the style of a Giallo film.
